NORO Tubing Systems

When you purchase an engineered NORO tubing system, you are providing your plant engineers and operators with the highest level of process performance, structural integrity, safety, and aesthetics. The NORO system ensures the best long-term service life potential for your facility.

Our NORO system designs include installation instructions and 3D layouts that identify each and every part, so that your contractor will minimize installation time and effort.  We also ship each system with all mechanical hardware needed for a smooth installation.

NORO BENEFITS

The NORO tubing systems are manufactured to provide better end to end pipe and fitting seals, significantly reducing if not eliminating the need for field cutting of duct components is. It really is a system that assembles with no cut-to-fit necessary.

NORO tubing systems are also used to pneumatically convey powders and granular products and provide better self-support due to its thicker metal and more rigid clamping than standard rolled end ducts.  The system is manufactured with thicker metal, providing a longer service life and critical structural advantages.

NORO systems are typically powder coated with aesthetically more pleasing than standard galvanized ducting (multiple colors are available).

OUR OPERATIONAL BENEFITS INCLUDE

Protecting people:

When installed on mist collection systems, NORO tubing will not drip on equipment and people. When used as a pressure system, the NORO tubing systems do not leak material, dust or gases.

Durability:

The NORO clamping system is rigid, and it will not loosen over time due to vibration or aging.

Protecting processes:

With smoother internals the NORO tubing system is cleaner, not retaining material in the seams.

Aesthetics:

Our finish is powder coated metal, resistant to corrosion, unlike some galvanized tubing.

In addition to its clear advantages to plant operators and engineers, the NORO tubing system provides protection for people and equipment. The tight flange fit prevents leakage in mist collection systems and reduces the potential of material escape in pneumatic conveying systems, thus ensuring higher levels of safety for people and plant operations.

NORO’s metal thickness upgrade with rigid clamping provides a better structural advantage with greater durability than systems constructed with alternative products. In addition, our powder coating process provides a more attractive finish with color versatility.

The ability to move powders and granular products through the NORO tubes provides for additional process improvement. The higher gauge structural advantage for the NORO metal tubing products (between 25% and 40% heavier) provides for greater structural support and long-term service life potential.
